普外科住院患者乙肝病毒感染的血清流行病学调查(附5297例临床分析)

摘　　要：对1990～1993年住我院普外科患者5297，例进行乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染的血清流行病学统计调查。结果：HBV感染者3736例，总感染率70．5％，HBsAg、抗-HBs及抗-HBc的阳性率分别为19．4％、35．9％和41．1％，明显高于一般人群。而肝胆胰系统疾病患者的HBV总感染率、HBsAg及抗-HBc的阳性率分别为80．3％、34．2％和56．1％，亦明显高于外科其它系统疾病患者。因此，应重视有HBV感染的普外科患者的围手术期处理。From 1990 to 1993, we carried on a seroepidemiological survey on hepatis B virus (HBV) infection of 5297 general surgical Patients. The results showed that the positive de of HBsAg, anti-HBs and anti-HBc were 19. 4%、35.9% and 41. 1%respectively, and the overall rate of HBV infection was 70.5%, which was much higher than that of the general population. In patients with hepato-biliary or pancreatic diseases, the HBsAg, anti-HBc and the overall rate of HBV infection were 34.2%.56. 1% .80.3%respectively, which were higher than those of other general surgical patients.
