摘  要:机械振动参数测量中信号变化频率高、数据处理工作量大、频谱分析所涉及的数学运算复杂,采用模拟式仪器很难达到测试要求,而数字式仪器又具有价格昂贵、功能不够灵活的缺点,针对以上特点,以LabVIEW为开发环境设计了虚拟式机械振动测试和分析系统,系统采用普通的PC机和数据采集卡,利用计算机强大的数据处理能力实现测量数据的波形显示、存储和打印等功能。实验结果表明,系统的结构简单、稳定性好,功能灵活、运算可靠。In the measurements of mechanical vibration parameters, the signals vary fast, the data quantity is big, and the calculation in frequency analyzing is complicated. Thus it is difficult to meet the test requirements with analogical instruments. Meanwhile, the digital instruments are very expensive and inflexible. In order to solve those practical problems, a virtual system for mechanical vibration measurement and analysis is developed with LabVIEW platform. The common PC and data acquisition card were used in this system, and the test result displaying, memorizing and printing were easily realized with the strong data processing capability of computers. The experimental results indicate that this system is simple, stable, flexible and reliable.
