460名潜艇官兵心理应激相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨潜艇官兵心理应激的相关因素。方法对460名潜艇官兵采用心理社会应激调查表、生活事件量表、症状自评量表、艾森克人格问卷、特质应对问卷、领悟社会支持量表和自编睡眠质量调查表进行测评分析。结果潜艇官兵心理应激水平与生活事件、心理健康、个性、应对方式、社会支持、睡眠质量等因素显著相关。多元逐步回归分析标准回归系数排在前10位的变量依次为:神经质、恐怖、忧郁、偏执、睡眠质量、负性工作事件、家庭支持、敌对、负性家庭事件、消极应对(标准回归系数依次为0.334、-0.182、0.173、0.150、-0.116、0.108、-0.108、0.101、0.100、0.084)。结论潜艇官兵心理应激受心理健康、个性、睡眠质量、应对方式、生活事件和社会支持的影响,为了提高潜艇官兵心理应激适应能力,应将上述因素纳入军事应激管理体系之中。Objective To explore correlation factors of mental stress in submarine officers and soldiers. Methods Assessments were conducted with the Psychosocial Stress Survey for Groups（PSSG） ,Life Event Scale （LES）, Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90）, Eysenck＇s Personality Questionnaire （EPQ）, Trait Coping Style Questionnaire（TCSQ）,Perceived Social Support Scale（PSSS） and Self-made Sleep Quality Questionaire（SSQQ）in 460 submarine officers and soldiers. Results The mental stress levels of the officers and soldiers were significantly correlated to life event, mental health, personality, coping style, social support and sleep quality. Multivariant stepwise regressive analyses showed that the first ten variables of standardized regression coefficients were in turn neuroticism, phobias, melancholy, paranoia, sleep quality, negative job events, family support, hostility, negative family events, passive coping （standardized regression coefficients were0.334,-0.182,0.173,0.150,-0.116,0.108,-0.108,0.101,0.100,0.084 in turn）. Conclusion Such factors as mental health, personality, sleep quality, coping style, life events and social support influence the mental stresses of the officers and soldiers and should be brought into stress management system of military affairs to improve mental stress adaptability of submarine officers and soldiers.
