A型行为问卷评估A型行为与冠心病关系的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨A型行为问卷评估A型行为与冠心病关系在中国人群中的应用。方法将203例冠心病住院患者设为研究组,199例健康成人设为对照组,采用A型行为问卷和应付方式问卷进行评估分析。结果研究组A型行为模式个体检出率为51.7%,对照组为41.3%(χ2=4.332,P<0.05);两组A型行为问卷总分和时间紧迫感、无端敌意两个维度评分均无显著性差异(P>0.05);研究组A型行为问卷中"即使是已经决定了的事,别人也很容易使我改变主意"等9个条目评分检出率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。应付方式问卷评分,两组中A型个体所有维度得分均显著高于非A型个体(P<0.05或0.01)。结论A型行为问卷既包含与冠心病有关的有害成分,也存在其他混杂的成分,需针对中国人群特征进行提炼与修订。Objectives To explore the applications of the Type A Behavior Patern Scale（TABP） in assessing the relationship between type A behavior and coronary heart disease（CHD） in Chinese population. Methods 203 CHD patients were assigned to research group and 196 health adults to control group,assessments conducted with the TABP and the Coping Style Questionnaire（CSQ）. Results Detection rates of type A behavior were respectively 51.7% in the research and 41.3% in the control group（P〈0.05）; there were no significant differences in total TABP,time uegency and hostility score between the 2 groups （P〉0.05） ;the detection rates of 9 items such as item 4 were all significantly higher in the research than in the control group（P〈0.05 or 0.01）. According to the CSQ,scores of all type A individuals were signifcantly higher than those of all non-A ones（P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion The TABP not only includes objectionable constituents related to the CHD but other miscellaneous components and needs refining and revising to aim directly at charecteristics of Chinese population.
