摘 要:目的分析湖南省丝虫病防治的成本一效益。方法采取典型调查的方法获取样本,确定6个县(市、区)为样本县。收集各样本县1970-1986年丝虫病防治资料及其他相关资料,测算不同时间的防治成本及效益,计算成本-效益比。结果丝虫病反复查治时期、乙胺嗪药盐普服时期及防治全期的直接效益分别为649.41、300.09和949.50万元,间接效益分别为890.66、397.57和1288.23万元,净效益分别为1437.55、30.25和1467.80万元,成本-效益比分别为1:15.02、1:1.05和1:2.91。结论湖南省丝虫病防治资源配置效率较高;不同时期采用不同的防治方案可提高成本效益比。Objective To evaluate the economic benefit of lymphatic filariasis control in Hunan Province using cost-benefit analysis. Methods Six counties in Hunan Province were investigated as typical-cases. Data of lymphatic filariasis control in six counties during 1970--1986 and other data were used to calculate the cost and benefit of different periods, which were the base of cost-benefit ratio, Results The whole time was marked off according to the method of control to two stages (eg. stage A: stage of repeated mass screening and treatment and stage B: stage of DEC-medicated salt administration), In stage A, stage B and the whole stage, the direct benefit were 6 494, 1, 3 000, 9, 9 495.0 thousand yuan, as the indirect benefit were 8 906, 6, 3 975, 7, 12 882, 3 thousand yuan, The net benefit of each one were 14 375.5, 302, 5, 14 678,0 thousand yuan, And thecost / benefit ratio were 1 : 15,02, 1 : 1.05, 1 : 2,91 respectively, Conclusion The lymphatic filariasis control in Hunan Province showes certain efficiency of resource collocation, Adopting different project can improve the cost-benefit ratio of lymphatic filariasis control.
