陕西省首次发现圆孢子虫感染情况调查

摘　　要：目的首次调查陕西省西安地区不明原因腹泻婴幼儿中圆孢子虫感染情况．方法采集腹泻婴幼儿１９０例（男１２７例，女６３例，年龄２个月～１０岁）新鲜粪便，涂制成半透明粪膜晾干，甲醇固定后，先用金胺—酚染色，再用改良抗酸染色法复染，光镜下检查圆孢子虫卵囊．结果共检查腹泻患者粪便１９０份，发现圆孢子虫感染者１４例，感染率为７３７％．结论首次发现我国有圆孢子虫病流行，证实它是引起我国人群腹泻的新病源，为预防医学和临床医学的深入研究提供了依据．WT5”F1〗AIM To investigate the infectious status of Cyclospore cayetanensis in infants with diarrhea in Shaanxi Province. METHODS In July and August 1990, 190 infants (males 127, females 63, age range 2 months-10 years) in Xi′an Municipal Children′s Hospital were investigated. The fresh faeces taken from the infants with diarrhea were fixed and stained by auraminephenol plus modified acidfast method. The ovum wall of Cyclospore cayetanensis was observed microscopically. RESULTS Of the 190 specimens of the faeces from the infants with diarrhea, 14 were found to be infected with Cyclospore cayetanensis, with an infection rate of 737%. CONCLUSION The present study first confirmed that Cyclospore cayetanensis is a new pathogen of diarrhea in our country, which sheds a new light on the further research into this protoza in preventive and clinical medicine.
