摘　　要：目的:建立痫宁康胶囊中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法:依利特Hypersil C18色谱柱;以甲醇-水(25:75)为流动相;检测波长为250nm。结果:平均加样回收率101.3%,RSD=1.9%(n=9),线性范围0.04372～0.69952μg,r=0.9999。结论:方法简便,准确,重现性好,可作为痫宁康胶囊的质量控制方法。Objective： This paper established a method to determine Puerarin in Xianningkang Capsules. Methods： RP-HPLC method was used. The samples were separated on a Hypersil ODS column with the mobile phase of methanol： water（25：75） and the detection wavelength was set at 250nm.Results：The Puerarin was linear in the range of in 0.04372-0.69952μg Xianningkang Capsules. The average recovery of Puerarin was101.3% （RSD=1.9% n=9）. Conclusion： The method is quick, accurate and suitable for the determination of Puerarin in Xianningkang Capsules.
