摘　　要：本文从采样率转化技术的发展现状出发,介绍了整数倍采样率转换技术的基本概念和原理,在此基础上给出了该技术的几个应用;利用MATLAB软件对相关理论进行了仿真实现,验证了理论的正确性,进一步阐述了该技术的应用方法。The basic concepts of the integer times and the principle of sampling - rate changes sampling - rate transforming technology are introduced in this thesis, based on the current development stage, and several examples of the application are also presented here; then the accuracy of the concerned theory is validated by the simulation of realization through the utilization of the MATLAB software ; furthermore, the applied methods are illustrated.
