摘 要:目的探讨充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性的变化。方法选择纽约心脏病学会(NYHA)Ⅱ~Ⅳ级的CHF患者48例作为观察组,30例健康体检者作为对照组。采集清晨空腹静脉血,应用流式细胞仪测定全血NK细胞数目,应用改良四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTF)比色法测定NK细胞杀伤活性。结果CHF患者循环NK细胞和NK细胞杀伤活性显著降低(P〈0.01或P〈0.001),并与心力衰竭程度呈负相关(r=-0.873、-0.949,P均〈0.001)。结论CHF患者NK细胞数目和NK细胞活性显著降低,可能是CHF患者免疫功能低下的原因。Objective To observe the activity of natural killer(NK) cell in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods 30 normal controls and 48 patients with CHF classified 2-3 according to New York Heart Association (NYHA) standard were recruited and NK cells were determined by flow cytometry. NK cells killing activity were determined by modified 3- (4,5-dimethyhhiazol-2-yl) -2,5-diphenyhetrazolium bromide (MTT) method. All blood samples were obtained in the morning. Results Compared with normal control group, circulating NK cells and NK cells activitys from patients with CHF decreased significantly(P 〈0. 01 or P 〈 0. 001 ), and were negtively corraleted with the degree of heart failure(r = - 0. 873, - 0. 949, P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusions The decrease of NK cell number and NK cell killing activity in patients with CHF means that there might be abnormal cell immune function in patient.s with CHF.
