隐脉叶蝉亚科一新属一新种(同翅目:叶蝉科)

摘　　要：本文记述隐脉叶蝉亚科１新属——平额叶蝉属Ｆｌａｔｆｒｏｎｔａ，ｇｅｎ．ｎｏｖ．，及１新种——叉突平额叶蝉Ｆｌａｔｆｒｏｎｔａｐｒｏｎｇａ，ｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．。模式标本保存于贵州农学院。The present paper deals with a new genus and species of Nirvaninae from Guizhou province. The type specimens are deposited in Guizhou Agricultural College. Flatfronta Chen et Li, gen. nov. Type species: Flatfronta pronga,  sp. nov. Anterior margin of vertex roundly protuberant. Crown even, medial length subequal to width between eyes. Lateral margin with ridge, and ocelli nearer to the eyes than to the anterior apex of the crown. Coronal suture clear. Face length subequal to width. Frontoclypeus flat. Lorum large, the outer margin of gena wave like. Pronotum wide, with anterior margin roundly protruded and posterior margin nearly straight, medial length about as long as that of vertex. Scutellum triangular, scutoscutellum clear, not reaching lateral margin. The veins of forewing nearly clear, the lst apical vein not clear, the 3rd and 4th apical veins merged at base. Appendix narrow and long. Hindwing with four closed apical cells, and the lst and 2nd apical veins with a long common stalk. Male pygofer at caudo ventral margin with a pair of developed process inside. Subgenital plate nearly triangular, outer margin with strong setae. Aedeagus simple, without complex process. Connective V shaped. This genus is similar to Extensus  Huang, but can be separated from the latter by the following characters: 1) crown, pronotum broad and short; 2) Frontoclypeus flat; 3) the veins of forewing nearly clear, the lst apical vein not clear, and hindwing with four closed apical cells; 4) subgenital plate triangular; 5) connective V shaped. Flatfronta pronga Chen et Li, sp. nov. (Figs. 1～8) Length (incl. teg.):♂ 4.9 mm～5.2 mm, ♀ 5.4 mm～6.0 mm. Body shape same as that of the genus. Crown with shallow wavy transeverse groove between ocelli and with two pairs of shallow hollow on both sides of coronal suture. Anteclypeus nearly rectangular. Anterior region of pronotum with a curved impression. The 4th apical cell of forewing nearly triangular. The 2nd apical cell of hindwing small, triangular.
