摘 要:文化旅游市场虽然繁荣但是问题重重,在拥有具备竞争力的核心产品基础上,运作机制是解决问题的关键。根据产业化概念的系统化、规模化、市场化的要求,文化旅游产业的成功运作应包括宏观层面的系统化运作、中观层面的规模化运作、微观层面的企业化运作三个层次。其中,从系统的构成要素、运作前提与运作框架阐述系统化运作,从集团化的发展现状与趋势解析中观层面,分析市场上存在的多种灵活的企业运作形式为文化旅游企业的发展提供选择性建议,以助区域文化旅游产业的可持续发展。The cultural tourism market is prospering, but many problems exist hindering its further growth. Provided that core products are competitive, operation mechanism is the key to solve these dilemmas. Industrialization typically needs to be systematic, scalable and commercializable. Thus a successful operation of cultural tourism industry should encompass systematic operation at macroscopic level, scalable operation at medium-size level and enterprise operation at microscopic level. This paper describes systematic operation from the viewpoints of major system elements, operation conditions and operation framework. It also presents an analysis of the medium-level operation by addressing the current situation and trend in the cluster development. Furthermore, it analyzes a wide variety of existing enterprise operation examples so as to make selective recommendations for the growth of cultural tourism companies. These research are carried out to support a sustainable development of the regional culture tourism industry.
