摘　　要：通过问卷调查表明人们普遍认为博客文化具有操作便捷性、参与广泛性、表达自由性、内容复杂性、目的多样性、反馈即时性、影响双向性的特征。针对这些特征,应发挥博客自身优势,拓展其应用领域,树立正确的观念,减少不良博客的影响和侵蚀,加强相关法律法规建设,以引导博客文化健康发展。According to survey, based on the publics cognition to blog culture, this article show that blog culture has features of operating conveniently, participating widely, expressing freely, and that its content is complex, purposes various, feedback temporary, influence two-way, and point out that we should develop blog＇s self-advantages ,widen its functional domain, establish correct conception, reduce the bad influence of the bad blog, reinforce construction of related law and regulations, and then give a guidance to the blog culture＇s sound development.
