摘　　要：在市场经济条件下,信用至关重要,将信用纳入到法律的调整范围之内使之成为信用权,是对信用进行保护的最佳途径。信用权是一个人信用之主要表现形式,它以实现交易中的信用利益为内容。在民法中,信用权是主体所享有的一项独立的人格权。这既是对公民人格权的保护,也是适用权保护信用活动正常进行的需要.Under the market economy condition, the credit is very important. It brings into line with the credit to the legal adjustment scope which uses it to become the fight of credit. It carries on the protection to the credit the best way. The fight of credit is a person credit for the aim manifestation, and the main content to realize the transaction credit benefits. In civil law, the fight of credit is an independent fight of personality which the main body enjoys. This not only is to the citizen＇s fight of personality protection, but also is suitable the for need which the power protection credit activity normally carries on.
