摘 要:设计了一套基于PLC控制的柔性生产线自动分捡系统,该系统的功能是提取从流水线传送带上送过来的工件,检测工件的类型并进行分类,最后将其推放到对应的工件滑槽里。本文就其设计思想、工作原理、控制方案和程序设计等要点进行了阐述。试验与实践证明,该系统完全适用于FMS柔性生产线的工件自动分捡,使柔性生产线的效率大幅度提高。An auto-categorizing system for the flexible production line based on PLC is designed in this paper. The functions of the system are to fetch the work-pieces transported by belt conveyor and check the types of the work-pieces,and finally sort them into respective grooves for work-pieces. The idea of the design and the principle of the operation are described in this paper as well as the control method and programming. The relative experiments show that the system can be used in the flexible production line in FMS for the auto-categorizing of work-pieces perfectly. It helps improve the productivity of the flexible production line heavily.
