摘　　要：针对传统网络管理系统中以网络设备为被管对象、管理的被动性两方面的不足,给出一种分布式的管理逻辑框架体系结构,提出了基于主动网络技术的面向业务的网络管理体系结构的模型,如:服务模型、组织模型、通信模型和功能模型等.分析了网络管理和业务管理的区别和联系,并用会话这个抽象概念来描述业务与网元之间的关系,给出了业务管理模型.以业务为被管对象和分布式管理的特点运用于网络管理体系结构中可以更有效地反映出网络业务的状况,提高服务质量,做到综合全面地管理复杂的计算机网络.This paper analyses some disadvantages of the traditional network management which include regarding network equipments as object and passivity of management. A logic framework system structure based on distributed management is discussed in the paper. In order to overcome these two disadvantages, the service-oriented network management architecture based on active network, such as service model, organization model, communication model and function model, is proposed. The architecture of the network has two characters of serviced-oriented and distributed management, which can reflect service status effectively and improve quality of service to manage the complex network in the round.
