摘  要:气流输送是利用气流的能量,在密闭管道内沿气流方向输送颗粒状物料,是流态化技术的一种具体应用。气流输送装置的结构简单,操作方便,可作水平的、垂直的或倾斜方向的输送,在输送过程中还可同时进行物料的加热、冷却、干燥和气流分级等物理操作和某些化学操作。本文主要阐述了气流输送机构所需的空气流量、流速、动压力、静压力、局部阻力系数和全压力的计算方法,以及如何确定管路的直径和风机所需的功率,为气流输送机构的设计提供了必要的基础数据。Airflow transportation is making use of the power of the airflow to transport granular material along the airflow direction in hermetic pipelines. It is a kind of special application of flowing state technology. Airflow transportation structure is simple and its operation is convenient. Materials can be transported in horizontal, perpendicular or tilting directions. During transportat!on, we can also do some operations at the same time, such as warming up, cooling, drying and airflow grading, etc. The article mainly states the airflow transportation mechanism and the required calculating method on airflow capacity, flow rate, move pressure, static pressure, part resistance modulus and entire pressure and how to locate the pipeline diameter and the required power of fan. It provides the airflow transportation mechanism with the necessary and basic data.
