摘  要:模拟退火钢卷温度场,预测退火时间,对于全氢罩式炉生产现场操作人员控制退火过程,减少退火时间和产品粘结率具有指导意义。在Matlab平台上,开发了界面友好,功能强大,方便使用的罩式炉钢卷温度场计算软件和退火加热时间预测软件。软件已作为离线预测工具应用于宝钢,为操作人员提供了决策支持,收到良好的效果。The simulation of steel coil's temperature field and the forecasting of annealing time have guide meaning to the control of hydrogen bell - type annealing process. Operators may reduce heating time of annealing and coil sticking rate of products by doing it. Two soft wares which are named temperature field of coil calculation software and heating time forecasting software have been develop based on Matlab. These two soft wares are friendly in interface and powerful in function. They had been used in BaoSteel as offline forecasting tool to help operators to make decision, and the effect is wonderful.
