摘 要:针对鞍钢机械总公司燃气热处理炉设计了由欧陆表和西门子PLC构成的复合控温系统,采用模糊和时间比例积分方法实现炉内分区控温,保证炉内温度的均匀性,根据平均温度控制煤气总量,实现高温段和低温段控温效果的一致,克服以往热处理炉控温过分依赖操作经验,控温速度慢、精度低、均匀性差的缺点,实现工作过程全自动化,提高了产品的产量和质量。A composite temperature control system which consists of Eurotherm and Siemens PLC is designed based on the Angang machinery corporation gas heat - treatment furnace. The Fuzzy and PID controlling method is taken into use for divisional temperature control in order to maintain the uniformity of the inner temperature of the furnace. Consistency between the temperature controlling results of the high temperature section and low temperature section is achieved by means of controlling the total gas amount according to the mean temperature. This method avoids the over - reliance of the operating experience in the temperature controlling process of the heat- treatment furnace previously, which resuits in the low controlling speed, low controlling accuracy, and poor uniformity. Besides, the method helps to realize the automation in the whole process and improve the quantity and quality of the product.
