摘 要:连续泵抽电缆式地层测试器采用液压伺服控制泵抽速度和抽吸量,使得其结构和控制复杂,价格昂贵。新研制的精密数字泵抽地层特性测试仪(FCT),采用由脉冲频率和脉冲总量控制的步进电机驱动双螺旋内反馈方向流量液压阀来精确控制抽排速度和抽吸体积的方案,并在研制中解决了有关技术难题。测试并给出了抽吸速度为5 mL/s和1 mL/s时的实际吸入量。经过3年多的试验和使用,证明FCT具有抽吸控制精度高、结构及控制简单等优点,有利于取得地层流体的真实样品并准确分析其动态特性。It is the use of hydraulic servo control technology to control pumping rate and total volume continuously in wireline formation tester (WFT) that results in its complexity of structure and controlling, as well as its higher cost. A newly developed Formation Character Tester (FCT) using a precise digital pump adopts the scheme that a stepping motor controlled by rate and amount of driving pulses drives a dual-screw internal-feedback directional flow hydraulic valves to accurately control the pumping rate and total volume. Some key techniques concerned the scheme have been solved in the development. The practice in draft amounts in tests with pumping rates of 1 mL/s and 5 mL/s are measured and presented. Having been experimenting and applying for more than 3 years, the FCT shows its advantages of high pumping precision, simple structure and easy being controlled, helps in sampling real formation fluid and analyzing its dynamic property accurately.
