农村居民和谐消费的乘数效应和生态效应分析

摘　　要：通过对农村居民和谐消费特征的研究,认为要实现农村居民和谐消费,必须注重对生态环境共生性适应维度的培育。农村居民的消费决策或消费行为与经济、社会文化、环境三个维度相协调,农村居民和谐消费的乘数效应和生态效应将得以充分发挥。实现农村居民和谐消费应该主要从收入增加、农村生态环境改善、消费观念转变以及政府政策支持4种途径来实现。This paper studied the characteristics of rural resident＇s harmonious expense must pay more attention resident＇s harmonious expense, it showed to approach rural to cultivation of ecologically environmental symbiosis and adaptation dimensionality, coordinate the three aspects about rural resident＇s decision-making of expense or consuming behavior with the economy, social culture and environment, only in this way the multiplier and ecological effects can display tremendous. These four aspects to realize rural resident＇s harmonious expense are increase incomes of rural residents, improve quality of ecological environment, achieve transition of rural resident＇s ideas and provide support of government＇s polices.
