摘 要:冲压过程中回弹模拟的精度依赖于准确的材料模型。对于TRIP钢,传统的有限元因为没有考虑TRIP效应对材料弹塑性性能的影响而对回弹预测的精度很低。该文中首先建立耦合TRIP效应和它对材料内部变量的影响的弹塑性本构模型,该模型能够很好的描述冲压过程中的相变规律和弹性模量随相变的变化情况。该模型的仿真结果与传统仿真方法相比,与实验结果更相符。The quality of springback prediction for a sheet metal forming process depends on a precise material model.For steels exhibiting TRIP(Transformation-Induced Plasticity) effect,the conventional finite elements simulation low quality prediction because of not considering the influence of the TRIP effect on the elastoplastic properties during deformation.In this study,an enhanced elastic-plastic constitutive equation taking account of strain induced transformation and the effect of transformation on complex internal state variables is developed.The variation of the elastic modulus with the martensitic transformation during stamping is also considered to improve the accuracy of springback simulation for TRIP steel.The quality of the numerical simulation is evaluated through a comparison with the conventional finite elements and experimental results.The enhanced material model is testified very efficient in accurately predict springback for TRIP steels.
