摘  要:为了揭示工艺参数对异型薄壁壳体强力旋压成形过程的影响,采用正交试验优化设计方法安排模拟仿真方案,基于ABAQUS/Explict平台对不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti曲母线形件旋压成形过程进行了三维弹塑性有限元模拟研究。分析了旋轮进给比、旋轮圆角半径、旋轮安装角和旋轮与芯模之间的间隙对该成形过程壁厚差、切向拉应力和周向压应力的影响显著性次序以及影响规律,并获得了优化的工艺参数。结果表明,旋轮与坯料之间的间隙是决定工件壁厚均匀性的最重要因素;旋轮进给比和旋轮圆角半径分别对工件的起皱和拉裂倾向影响最显著。减小上述工艺参数的值均可使工件壁厚分布更均匀;随着进给比的增大,拉裂和起皱倾向逐渐减小;增大旋轮与坯料之间的间隙,起皱倾向增大,而拉裂倾向先增大后减小;旋轮圆角半径增大,拉裂和起皱倾向均增大;增大旋轮安装角,起皱倾向逐渐增大,拉裂倾向逐渐减小。In order to disclose the influence of process parameters on the power spinning process of a complicated thin-walled shell,diffenent spinning process of 1Cr18Ni9Ti Curvilinear generatrix parts were researched,based on orthogonal design optimization method and ABAQUS/Explicit platform.The influence significance order and laws of roller parameters and the distance between roller and mandrel on the tangential tension stress,hoop compression stress and the difference of wall thickness in the power spinning process have been analyzed.And the optimized process parameters were obtained.The results show that the distance between roller and mandrel has the most significant influence on the wall thickness distribution,and the roller feed rate on wrinkle tendency,the roller roundness radius on breakage tendency.The decrease of these parameters will make the wall thickness distribution more homogeneous.With the roller feed rate increases,wrinkle and breakage tendency decrease gradually.With the distance between roller and mandrel increases,wrinkle tendency increases gradually,breakage tendency increases in the beginning and then decreases.With the roller roundness radius increases,wrinkle and breakage tendency increase gradually.With the roller installation angle increases,wrinkle tendency increases and breakage tendency decreases.
