摘　　要：对红汁乳菇子实体和组织分离菌株核糖体转录间隔区片段进行PCR扩增,扩增产物纯化后测序,测序结果在GenBank中进行同源性检索,并下载部分具有代表性种的ITS序列,利用软件MEGA4构建分子系统发育树,通过树图分析,最后鉴定出该组织分离菌株就是红汁乳菇的纯菌种。Internal Transcribed Spacer （ITS） sequences in rDNA samples extracted from a Lactarius hatsudake fruit body, and from fungal mycelium isolated from the sporophore, were determined. Blastn was used to compare sequence data with 25 reference sequences deposited in GenBank, and a phylogenetic tree was constructed. Our date confirmed that the fungal mycelium isolated from the L. hatsudake fruit body was the vegetative form of the mushroom.
