开放环境中家兔微生物和寄生虫携带状况调查

摘　　要：按国家标准ＧＢ１４９２２９４对开放环境中不同年龄段普通级兔的微生物和寄生虫携带状况进行调查，结果发现，感染率较高的主要是多杀性巴氏杆菌（育成兔４０％，幼龄兔３％），支气管败血性波氏杆菌（幼龄兔２３．７％，育成兔７２％），兔艾美尔球虫（幼龄兔５０％，育成兔２５％）。其它检测项目感染率相对较低或无感染。结果提示实验兔质量还需进一步提高。According to the national standards (GB 1492294), the microorganisms and parasites of the variousaged rabbits in the opening environment were investigated.The results indicated that the rabbits were infected mainly by P.multocida ,B. bronchiseptica and Eimeria Stiedae,in which the infection rate of P.multocida in the adult and the young rabbits was 40% and 32%,the infection rate of B.bronchiseptica increased with age (23.7% in young,72% in adult),and the rate of Eimeria Stiedae infections decreased with increase of age(50% in young,25% in adult).The other items which had been investigated were showed negative or slight positive.
