国际技术许可与我国自主创新关系研究

摘　　要：现有研究重视贸易和FDI的技术扩散效应,但国际技术许可作为国际技术扩散的传导机制之一却较少有研究涉及。文章通过Hodric-Prescott滤波处理、除趋势分析和非参数的近邻拟合等方法,分析国外技术授权与我国国内外专利申请受理量、对外技术授权与我国国内外专利申请授权量的关系。研究发现国外技术许可和国内外三种专利申请量存在非线性关系,对外技术许可和专利授权量存在非线性关系,且国际技术许可对国内外专利申请量影响程度不同。The diffusion effect of international trade and FDI have become a hot debate nowadays. As one of the conduction mechanisms, the researches on the effect of international technology licenses have been ignored. By the methods of Hodric-Prescott filter, the tendency elimination, nearest neighbor fit option, this paper draws the conclusions that international technology licenses and patent granted have non-linear relations, so do international technology licenses and patent received. Based on the research, the paper brings forward some conclusions and suggestions.
