摘  要:以顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)、乙酸乙烯酯(VAc)和丙烯酸甲酯(MAc)为单体,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,水为溶剂,制得三元共聚物防垢剂 SYB。研究了合成条件对 SYB 性能的影响,评价了 SYB 对硫酸钡、硫酸锶垢的防垢性能。实验表明,当 n(MA):n(VAc):n(MAc)为1:1.2:0.4,引发剂过硫酸铵含量为13%,70℃下反应7 h 合成的共聚物 SYB 防垢剂加量为20mg/L 时,防垢率可以达到96%以上。A kind of temary copolymer SYB as a scale inhibitor was synthesized from maleic anhydride (MA), vinylacetate (VAc) and methacrylate (MAc) through free radical polymerization in aqueous solution with ammonium persulfate as initiator. The effects of synthesis conditions on the anfiscaling property were ana- lyzed and the antiscaling property of the SYB on the BaSO4 scale and SrSO4 scale was evaluated. The results showed that the best synthetic conditions were as follows: n (MA) : n (VAc) : n ( MAc ) = 1 : 1.2 :0. 4, mass percentage of initiator 13% (based on the total mass of reactants) ,mass ratio of monomers to water 1:2, reac- tion temperature 70 ℃, reaction time 7 h. In this way, the scale - inhibiting efficiency of SYB could reach above 96% with the dosage of SYB 20 mg/L.
