摘　　要：简要介绍了2,4-二氯甲苯主要生产路线及特点,重点介绍了针对原生产工艺存在的技术难题所采取的技术创新措施。对2,4-二氯甲苯新生产工艺中试装置经济指标考核结果表明,新生产工艺有效地降低了对氯甲苯和液氯的消耗,其中对氯甲苯消耗从原来的1.20t/t(产品)降至1.15t/t(产品)以下,液氯消耗从原来的0.75t/t(产品)降至0.7t/t(产品)以下,新工艺与原工艺相比,产品生产成本每吨下降了1110.6元。The main production processes for 2,4 - dichlorotoluene and their characteristics were briefly intro- duced with an emphasis on the new technical measures adopted to solve the problems occurred in the old production process. The examination of economic index of pilot plant in the new production process for 2,4 - di- chlorotoluene showed the production process was better than the old one in the low consumption of p -toluene and liquid chlorine. The consumption of p - toluene and liquid chlorine were decreased from 1.2 t/t and 0.75 t/t in the old process to 1.15 t/t and O. 7 t/t respectively with the production cost decreased byl 110.6 yuan/t.
