摘 要:采用后合成法,将磷酸负载在介孔分子筛 SBA-15的表面,制备出活性较高的固体酸催化剂 P-SBA-15,将该催化剂用于合成油酸丁酯。重点考察了磷酸的负载量、反应温度、酸醇摩尔比、催化剂的加入量、反应时间对酯化反应性能的影响。得到最佳反应条件为:磷酸的负载量占介孔分子筛 SBA-15用量的6%、反应温度130℃、酸醇摩尔比1:2、催化剂用量占总料量的1.5%,反应时间5 h,油酸转化率最高达61.3%,并发现介孔分子筛催化剂 P-SBA-15具有良好的稳定性。Solid acid catalyst P - SBA - 15 with high activity was synthesized by supporting phosphoric acid on mesoporous molecular sieve by post - synthesis method. The effects of the amount of phosphoric acid sup- ported, reaction temperature, molar ratio of acid to alcohol, dosage of catalyst added, reaction time on the ra- tio of esterification were examined with an emphasis. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:dosage of phosphoric acid supported 6% ( based on the amount of mesoporous molecular sieve SBA - 15, reaction temperature 130 ℃ ,molar ratio of oleaic acid to butanol 1: 2,dosage of catalyst 1.5% ( based on the total mass of stocks) ,reaction time 5 hours. The conversion of oleic acid could be up to 61.3% and it was found that meso- porous molecular sieve P - SBA - 15 had good stability.
