摘  要:结合江苏电网的实际情况,研究了电力系统低频减载的优化配置,采用多机模型的时域动态仿真法,首先用故障仿真法确定了适合低频减载分析的系统模型和参数,然后通过选择江苏电网的一个典型分区作为研究对象,提出了轮级协调动作配合后加速动作来优化调整现有的低频减载方案,以获得更高的安全性和经济性。Under-frequency load shedding, as the third defensive line of power system, is one of the most effective methods to mitigate the fi'equency collapses. This paper carries out a research on the optimal setting of under-frequency load shedding in Jiangsu power grid, and takes a measure with multi-machine model by Time-Domain Dynamic Simulation method. Firstly, the system model and its parameters are confirmed by fault simulation method. Then a subarea is taken as a representative in Jiangsu power grid and the step coordinated control strategy with the post-acceleration is proposed to adjust the existing under-fi-equency load shedding scheme for the sake of securer and more economical operation.
