摘　　要：文章首先从政府、商业性金融和民间部门三个角度分析了发展渔业金融的通行做法,然后以日本和我国台湾地区为例探讨发展渔业金融的经验,最后给出我国发展渔业金融的启示。The paper firstly analyzed the feasible method of developing fishery finance from the three angles, namely the government, commercial finance and rural department. Then the article discussed the experience of Japan and Taiwan zone in China tO develop fishery finance. Lastly, present inspire to expand fishery finance in China.
