摘　　要：目的探索社区卫生服务中心人-机结合管理模式在社区高血压病防治中的作用。方法西乡人民医院所属社区卫生服务中心在3个大型社区实行全科医生分片负责制并利用罡正电脑专案管理系统对259名高血压病人进行为期4年的综合管理,以了解高血压病人的高血压病相关知识知晓率、生活习惯改变、健康行为及健康意识改变和血压水平变化情况。结果通过4年人-机结合模式管理,高血压病人高血压病相关知识知晓率、生活习惯改变、健康行为改变、健康意识改变及血压水平变化与管理前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论人-机结合管理模式体现了管理的连续性、系统性和科学化,使之具有及时、全面、方便的运用特点,大大提高了管理效率,值得进一步探讨。Objective To explore the effect of man - machine cooperation management model in the prevention and treatment of hypertension in community health service center. Methods In community health service center of Xixiang people＇s hospital general practitioners done their own duties respectively in three large communities, and made use of the Gangzheng computer management system for 259 hypertensive patients for a four - year integrated management, in order to know the awareness rate of the knowledge related to hypertension, and the changes of living habits, health behaviors, health consciousness, and blood pressure level. Results After four - year man - machine cooperation management, There were significant differences in the awareness rate of the knowledge related to hypertension, the changes of living habits, health behaviors, health consciousness, and blood pressure level （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Man - machine cooperation management model embodies the continuity, systematicness and scientificness of management, it is of timely, comprehensive, convenient features, greatly improving the management efficiency. So it is worth further exploration.
