延肾胶囊对长期血液透析患者血IL-1β和IL-6的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨延肾胶囊对长期血液透析患者残余肾功能(RRF)保护作用的机制。方法选取在我院确诊并开始血液透析治疗的慢性肾衰竭患者64例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各32例。治疗组给予血液透析治疗加用延肾胶囊口服,对照组仅给予血液透析治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后RRF的变化,并采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELL-SA)检测血清IL-1β和IL-6的变化。结果两组患者治疗前24 h尿量、RRF、血清IL-1β及IL-6水平间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后各项观察指标均较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后两组各项观察指标间差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论延肾胶囊可能是通过抑制血清IL-1β和IL-6的升高,达到保护长期血液透析患者RRF的目的。Objective To observe the effects of Yanshen capsules on interleukin - 1β （ IL - 1β） and interleukin - 6 （ IL -6 ）, and to explore its protection mechanism of residual renal function （RRF） in patients undergoing long - term hemodialysis treatment. Methods Sixty - four chronic renal failure （CRF） patients undergoing hemodialysis in our hospital were divided randomly into therapy group （n = 32） and control group （n = 32）. Control group were treated with hemodialysis, therapy group with the same in addition of oral Yanshen capsules. Changes of RRF were observed, and serum IL - 1βand IL - 6 were determined by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay （ELLSA） in both groups before and following treatment. Results Yanshen capsules delayed reduction of RRF, and inhibited elevation of serum IL - 1β and IL - 6 in patients undergoing long - term hemodialysis treatment. Conclusion Yanshen capsules attain to RRF protection of patients undergoing long - term hemodialysis, by inhibiting elevation of serum IL - 1β and IL - 6.
