摘　　要：FD I与经济增长关系的研究成果丰富。为了全面准确地认识FD I影响经济增长的传导路径,运用人力资本的单部门内生增长模型对浙江省经济增长的各影响因素进行实证分析,构建各影响因素与外商直接投资之间的相关性检验,探明了FD I与经济增长的内在关联机制,为浙江省下一步吸引外资和产业升级提出了相关的政策建议。The relationship between FDI and economic growth has always been a controversial academic issue. In order to understand the conduction path between FDI and economic growth comprehensively and accurately, we had an empirical analysis in a single-sector endogenous growth model of economic . We also conducted a eorrelation test between FDI and other affecting factors. Based on these analyses, we put forward some suggestions for absorbing FDI and industrial upgrading.
