摘　　要：目的了解安徽省放射治疗发展现状并为推进放射医疗技术正确运用提供依据。方法按照"全国医疗照射水平调查研究方案",对全省放射治疗基本状况进行调查。结果26个单位平均每个单位的服务人口为236万,放疗设备54台,2002年、2004年和2006年放疗9 255、1 2131和17 954例。各类远距离放疗总处方剂量典型为20-70GY。结论在全省放射治疗单位偏多情况下,应注重放疗中心设置的正当性;放疗设备和工作人员应相应配备;放射卫生防护和质量保证工作应进一步加强。Objective To understand radiotherapy development status in Anhui province and provide basis for promoting correct operation of medical radiotherapy. Methods Basic status of radiotherapy in Anhui province was investigated according to ＂national medical radiation level survey research programme＂. Results Average service population of 26 units was 2.36 million. Radiotherapy equipment was 54. Cases received radiotherapy in 2002, 2004 and 2006 were 9 255, 12 131 and 17954 respectively. Prescription dose of various kinds of radiotherapy was 20 -70 GY. Conclusions Radiotherapy units in the province were excessive now. Segion layout sationality of radiotherapy centers should be paid attention to. Radiotherapy equipment and staff should be equipped correspondingly. Status of tumor incidence increased year by year should be paid attention to. Radiation health protection and quality assurance work should be further strengthened.
