电荷泵锁相环环路滤波器参数设计与分析

摘　　要：从环路滤波器的基本概念出发,主要论述了电荷泵锁相环环路滤波器参数的设计方法(包括1阶,2阶,3阶环路滤波器),通过比较闭环的参数设计方法的不足,提出了一种新的开环环路滤波器参数的设计方法,并做出总结,最后利用Cadence公司Virtuoso系列主要对二阶无源低通滤波器进行仿真,验证了本方法的正确性,有一定的实用价值。Based on the basic concept of loop filter, the paper mainly discusses the design method of the parameter of a charge pump phase-locked loop loop filter（concluding one order, two order,three order）. According to compare with the design method of the parameter of closed loop, It puts forward a kind of design method which is the design method of the parameter of the Opened loop, and make a summary. At last, making use of the Virtuoso series of the Cadence firm mainly to two order without source low - pass filter carry on imitate really,the accuracy of this method is verified ,there is certain practical value.
