糖脉康颗粒联合弥可保治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察糖脉康颗粒联合弥可保治疗DPN(糖尿病周围神经病变)的疗效。方法入选的74例DPN病人随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组在控制血糖的同时,给予弥可保500ug tid;治疗组在此基础上加用糖脉康颗粒5g tid,疗程8周。结果糖脉康颗粒联合弥可保可明显改善DPN的症状。结论糖脉康颗粒联合弥可保治疗DPN是较为有效的方法。Objective To observe the curative effect of the combined treatment with Tangmaikang Grana and mecobalamin for diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） Methods 74 cases with DPN were randomly divided into 2 groups： treatment group and control group; while receiving blood sugar control, both groups were given 500ug of mecobalamin 3 times a day, and 5g of Tangrnaikang Grana 3 times a day was added to treatment group, the course lasted for 8 weeks. Results The symptoms of DPN were greatly improved by the combined treatment with Tangrnaikang Grana and mecobalamin. Conclusions It is effective to treat DPN with Tangrnaikang Grana combined with mecobalamin.
