摘　　要：数据业务是移动通信发展最迅速的业务之一,与智能网(IN)的融合可以集中数据业务与智能业务两者的优势,具有更广泛的应用前景.移动智能网是可以在移动通信网络上快速、有效地生成智能业务的网络体系结构.首先概述了移动智能网原理,并基于移动智能网提出了手机签名增值业务的解决方案,分析研究了实现该方案的关键技术,并在实现原理、业务流程等方面进行了详细描述.Data service is one of the fastest services in mobile communications. Integrated with Intelligent Network （IN）, data service can be applied more widely by gathering the strengths of intelligent service. The mobile intelligent network is a system which can rapidly and effectively generate intelligent businesses on the mobile communications network. This paper presents the principle of the mobile intelligent network, and puts forward a new mobile value-added business, the scheme of the signature technique via mobile phone. The key techniques to realize the scheme, the working principle and business procedures are also elaborated.
