摘 要:介绍了一种二极管箝位型五电平H桥逆变器,它以2个三电平桥臂构成H桥,可以方便地得到五电平相电压输出,结合移相变压器和12脉波整流器,形成了一种新的大功率变流器拓扑结构。针对五电平H桥,采用载波移相控制策略,实现简单,能够使载波频率加倍,降低滤波器的体积和容量,提高系统效率。仿真和实验结果证实了所采用的拓扑及其控制策略的有效性和实用性,能够有效提高输入侧功率因数,并获得良好的输出波形。It presents a diode-clamped 5-level H-bridge inverter, which can get 5-level phase-to-neutral voltage easily with H-bridge composed by two 3-level arms. Combined with phase-shifted transformer and 12-pulse rectifier, a new high power converter topology is formed. Carrier phase-shifted control strategy is adopted by 5-level H-bridge, which may be realized easily. With this control strategy, the carrier frequency is doubled, the filter volume and capacity are decreased and system efficiency is improved. Simulation and experiment results show that this topology and control principle is valid and available. The input power factor can be improved and the excellent output waveform will be achieved.
