摘 要:本实验测定了21种不同浓度的中药合剂对双歧杆菌增殖的影响,结果显示:①其中11种中药对双歧杆菌具有不同程度的促增殖作用。②某些药物对各个浓度虽均有一定的促双歧作用,但在其中某一个浓度下作用最强。③有些药物在不同浓度,对双歧杆菌增殖的影响截然不同,分别表现出促进、无影响或抑制。从此提示:在测试中药对细菌的作用时,应尽可能多选择几个浓度。In this study, the effect of 21 kind of traditional Chinese drugs that there are functions of tonifying the spleen and replenishing qi on Bifidobacterium (DM 8504) was tested in vitro. Drugs were extracted with pure water and diluted to 50%, 25%, 12.5% with BS culture medium, which also used as fundamental control. The results indicate: (1) Among 21 kind of drugs, 11 of them show obvious stimulative growing effect on Bifidobacterium (DM 8504). The number of colony of drug-tube/The number of control-tube (D/C) is used to judge the effect. Some drugs including Radish Seed, Calabash Gourd, Pclyporus, Puff-ball and Donkey-hide Gelatin are high D/C (16.3-46.5). and others including Milkvetch Root, Patrinia, Asiabell Root, Finwort Root, Reed Rhizoma and Pona are low D/C (2.5-9.3). (2) These is colse relation between different concentration of drug and stimulative growing effect of Bifidobacterium. It is found that each drug has its own best concentration for stimulative growing, such as 50% for Polyporus, Reed, Rhizoma, 12. 5%-25% for lthers. (3) For some drugs, different concentration has opposite effect on Bifidobacterium. For example, Milkvetch Root shows bacteriostasis in 50% concentration, stimulative growing in 12.5%, and no effect in 25%. The same phenomenon remains in other drugs of Reed Rhizoma, Asiabell Root, Figwort Root, Poria. The above ersults show that the concentration of drug should be paid close attention to when testing its effect no growing of bacteria, on matter what purpose the test is:bacteriostasis or stimulative growing. Otherwise, it is impossible to obtain the complete and correct results.
