一次由脑膜炎奈瑟氏球菌引起的肺炎局部流行

摘　　要：对短期内连续收治的６例肺炎患者咳痰标本进行细菌学检验，５例标本分离到脑膜炎奈氏球菌。该菌检出阳性率为８３％。分离菌株的培养特性、形态染色和生化试验、药敏分析等均符合脑膜炎奈氏菌的特点。发病时间等流行病学特点也支持该诊断。The authors reported the isolation of N.meningitidis from sputum samples of 5 patients with pneumonia among 6 cases who were treated in a short period.The positive rate of N.meningitidis was 83%.The characteristic of the isolates in culture,morphology staining,biochemical test and antibiotic susceptability analysis were consistent with the properties of N.meningitidis.The characteristic of epidomiology supported the diagnosis too.
