摘　　要：加入WTO后我国经济快速增长,对外贸易更是屡创新高,与此同时我国所遭遇的贸易救济也前所未有。本文从WTO体制下贸易救济的概念与内涵角度分析了我国贸易救济制度的不足,提出了完善我国贸易救济制度几点建议。China＇s economy has been growing fast since its entering into WTO, and the foreign trade repeatedly hit the record high. Meanwhile, China has encountered trade remedy more than ever. From the perspectives of the concept and connotation of trade remedy, this paper analyzed the deficiency of China＇s trade remedy system under WTO framework, and put forward suggestions for improvement.
