摘  要:水有机溶剂两相体系中甲基单胞菌Z201催化丙烯环氧化的初步研究夏仕文尉迟力李树本(中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所羰基合成与选择氧化国家重点实验室兰州730000)Lanne于1987年提出了生物催化剂工程(Biocatalystengineri...In water organic solvent two phase systems, the activity retention of free, absorbed and entrapped Methylomonas Z201 cells was depended on the polarity of solvents. Correlation of activity retention solvent hydrophobicity (Log P ) revealed that the activity retention was high in solvents with Log P >4. In water hexadecane(10%, v/v ) two phase system, lower volumetric phase ratio of hexadecane in reaction medium and higher stirring rate were favorable for the increase of reaction rate of propene. Although propene oxide produced could be partly extracted into hexadecane phase, the limited extraction capacity of hexadecane was not enough to decrease the concentration of propene oxide in aqueous phase to the inhibition concentration, the operational stability of Methylomonas Z201 cells could not be enhanced.
