摘　　要：从实证研究的方法出发,应用多元线性回归分析了我国中小企业的股权融资需求与效果问题,得出中小企业在进入股票市场前后的企业融资结构特点,以及股票市场对解决中小企业融资问题的作用。By the means of empirical study, through multiple linear regression, this article analyzed the demands and effects of equity financing of China＇s small and medium - sized enterprises, and found the features of financing structure before and after enterprises entering into stock market, as well as the functions of stock market to settle the financing problems of small and medium - sized enterprises.
