摘　　要：通过分析114例次临时性深静脉留置透析用导管患者相关并发症的临床资料,探讨其并发症的防治措施。深静脉留置双腔导管是血液透析较安全、有效的血管通路,但有较多的相关并发症,长期透析患者应尽早建立永久性血管通路。To review the complications of central venous catheter with 114 cases of patients undergoing hemodialysis, this paper explores the prevention and cure of the complications. Centrel venous catheterization is a convenient and easy way to set up a vascular access for blood purification therapy while it has a high rate of complications. It is necessary to create permanent vascular access as early as possible.
