摘 要:目的观察二氧化氯(CIO_2)对小鼠和大鼠呼吸系统的刺激作用和毒性作用,为CIO_2的安全使用提供依据。方法通过酚红试验观察小鼠的炎症反应;通过对大鼠肺泡灌洗液炎性细胞和生化指标测定,观察CIO_2对大鼠呼吸系统的毒性作用。结果100 mg/m^3及1 g/m^3 CIO_2浓度组酚红排出量高于空白对照组,小鼠气管的分泌物增多,炎症反应加重;80mg/m^3及800 mg/m^3 CIO_2浓度组大鼠的肺泡细胞中淋巴细胞增加、巨噬细胞减少、肺泡炎症反应加剧;80mg/m^3及800 mg/m^3 CIO_2浓度组大鼠的肺泡灌洗液中的乳酸脱氢酶和酸性磷酸酶增加,炎症反应加剧。结论CIO_2对小鼠和大鼠呼吸系统有明显刺激作用和毒性作用。Objective To study the effects of chlorine dioxide(ClO2) on respiratory systems of mice and rats. Methods The effects of ClO2 were observed by phenol red experiment and alveolus lavage experiment. Results The output of phenol red in 100 mg/m^3 ClO2 group was higher than in blank group, and secretions of rats were increased; lymphocytes in 80 mg/m^3 ClO2 group were increased, but macrophages were decreased. LDH and ACP of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in 80 mg/m^3 ClO2 group were increased. Conclusion ClO2 has visible toxicity and stimulation on respiratory systems of mice and rats.
