辅助治疗在高压氧治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨高压氧治疗过程中患者能坚持按疗程接受治疗,以保证疗效的有效方法。方法对300例患者采取健康教育指导、音乐疗法、入舱前评估、治疗后随访等辅助治疗。结果患者平均治疗次数由10.5次提高到21.8次,有效率由69.3%提高到92.3%。结论辅助治疗能有效提高患者耐受力,保证治疗次数及疗效,促进患者康复。Object＇re To discuss the effective experience for the Hyperbaric Oxygen （HBO） therapy patients to keep their treatment according to the course. Methods 300 patients had treated with HBO with adjuvant therapy of health education, music therapy, evaluation before treatment and follow-up after treatment. Results The result showed that the mean treatment time rose from 10.5 times to 21.8 times and the effective rate rose from 09.3% to 92.3%. Conclusion Adjuvant therapy can help the patients to extend their tolerance and insure the treatment time and effect and improve rehabilitation.
