摘 要:研究了电磁搅拌对7075铝合金的组织及其力学性能的影响,对比分析了电磁搅拌连铸技术制备7075半固态坯料的可行性。结果表明,电磁搅拌能改善铸造合金的微观组织,大幅度提高合金的伸长率,铸态下提高了62%,热处理后提高了53%;热处理后,铸态合金的抗拉强度达到438MPa,伸长率达到5.5%,中频感应二次加热能得到均匀的半固态组织。The effect of electromagnetic stirring on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7075 aluminum alloy produced by continuous casting was investigated, and the preparation feasibility of the semi-solid 7075 aluminum alloy by continuous casting combined with electromagnetic stirring was also carried out by contrasting with traditional continuous casting. The results show that electromagnetic stirring can improve the microstructure, and increases the elongation significantly. The elongation is improved by 62% in the as-cast state and 53% after T6 heat treatment. After T6 heat treatment, the tensile strength and elongation of as-cast specimens are 438 MPa and 5.5%, respectively. Moreover, the uniform semi-solid structure can be obtained by secondary medium frequency induction heating.
