摘　　要：低合金空冷贝氏体耐磨铸钢强韧性良好,工艺简单,成本低廉,在中、小载荷下与高锰钢相比有更好的综合耐磨性能。主要介绍了新型高强、高韧、高耐磨性贝氏体铸钢在耐磨领域的一些应用成果,以及消失模铸造和离心铸造在耐磨铸钢中的应用。Air cooling wear-resistant bainite cast steel has good combination of strength, toughness and wear resistance with simple process and low cost, It has wide application in various industrial fields. Its comprehensive performance is better than that of high manganese steel when applied under medium and low load. Research on advanced application of novel wear resistant bainite cast steels with high strength, high toughness and high wear resistance was presented. In addition, two kinds of advanced casting technology including lost foam casting and centrifugal casting as well as their applications on wear-resistant cast steel sections were introduced as well.
