摘 要:煤矿井下巷道贯通是煤矿安全生产的重要环节,也是井下事故的多发点。鉴于巷道贯通的重要性,首先,基于北京龙软科技发展有限公司与北京大学联合实验室开发的地测管理信息系统RGIS平台,利用SQL Server作为后台数据库,VC6.0作为前台开发语言,在测量图形模块中设计并实现了贯通工程的绘制及评价功能;然后,基于B/S结构,利用ASP语言设计开发了基于WebGIS的网上发布系统,即矿井巷道贯通预警系统,并得到了实例验证。结果表明,矿井巷道贯通预警系统的设计对于相关领导及时了解巷道的贯通信息,以指挥各生产相关单位协调工作,确保巷道顺利贯通具有重要的意义。该系统还可以推广到交通、水利等部门的巷道或隧道贯通工程,对相关系统的发展具有推动作用。Mine laneway transfixion is an important link of the production safety in coal mines, mine accidents often happens in the process of mine laneway transfixion. Given the importance of tlae mine laneway transfixion, this paper based on the RGIS platform developed by Peking university and Longruan science and technology Co. Ltd, SQL Server as background database, VC6.0 as foreground developing language, designed the drawing and evaluation of laneway transfixion engineering; Then based on the B/S structure, the paper designed and developed mine laneway transfixion early warning system using ASP language, which are applied in mine. The results shows that the design of mine laneway transfixion early warning system have great factual significance, it is propitious to understanding the laneway transfixion information in good time for the leaders of each department of mine, as to coordinate and command each production department to make sure the successful transfixion of laneway.
