摘 要:采用周期换向脉冲电流(PR)在铁基体上进行了NiFe合金镀的研究。在不改变槽液条件下,改变脉冲参数可获得Ni/Fe比不同的合金镀层,以满足使用要求。讨论了脉冲电镀参数对合金镀层成分影响的规律和双脉冲电镀的一些特性。Up to now, the production of corrosion resistant NiFe plating requires generally three different kinds of platingbath solution. Our laboratory research succeeded in achieving such plating with only one kind of platingbath solution. To be effectively corrosion resistant, NiFe plating needs to consist of three layers differing in wt. percentages of Ni and Fe. We tried to achieve 3layer plating with one platingbath solution by varying current parameters. We did not succeed with direct current, nor with single direction pulse current. Finally we succeeded with periodically reversed pulse current. The two parameters that could effectively change the NiFe ratio were: current density and frequency of positive pulse. Fig.3a and Fig.4 show the variations of Fe% with current density (Fig.3a) and with frequency (Fig.4) of positive pulse.
